Training

We cannot have a healed society, we cannot have change, we cannot have justice, if we don’t do the inner work that has been underemphasized. That we have not trained ourselves to do, the work that is upon us nowAngel Kyodo Williams

This training introduces the tools and practices that have helped Israelis and Palestinians, Jews and Arabs, heal across deep lines of pain and division. Over five days, participants experience and learn the core methods used in the Army of Healers Program – approaches that integrate body, heart, and mind to restore connection and trust.

Through movement, grounding, storytelling, and deep listening, we explore how to meet trauma with compassion and how to create spaces where people can see and be seen beyond identity and ideology. Participants also learn practices of unblending and presence — ways to stay centered and open even in the face of strong emotions or conflict.

The training offers both personal transformation and practical tools for those working in communities, education, healing, or dialogue. It is an invitation to learn from the field -from those who are practicing reconciliation and healing in the midst of ongoing conflict – and to bring these lessons home to our own divided world.

Your work moved me and my friends to tears. The way you lead with authentic empathy — rather than argument or blame — opens a space “beyond words,” where something truly new can emerge. It’s a rare, deep, and unifying approach that feels Self-led and profoundly transformative.
